The Tick Academy is a virtual conference open to anyone interested in ticks and tick-borne disease prevention, including researchers, educators, students, public health professionals, pest control professionals, public-space managers and citizen scientists interested in the opportunity to learn more about what they can do to stop the spread of ticks and tick-borne diseases in their communities.
Keynote Speaker: Dr. Tom Mather, University of Rhode Island
- Attendees may ask questions after each presentation and will learn about new developments and research in the tick world.
- Sponsors will be able to present their products and services to attendees at a virtual tradeshow. Additional sponsorship information is available on the event website.
- Students can share their research in virtual poster sessions, where attendees and speakers can engage with cutting-edge studies and new researchers!

Early Bird Registration ($25.00 per day, $50.00 for both days) ends August 31st! On September 1st, rates go up to $35.00 per day, or $60.00 for both days of the Tick Academy.
