Prepare for certification as a public health pesticide applicator with this comprehensive 2026 Pesticide Applicator Training for Public Health offered through Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. The training spans three days and includes all necessary manuals, preparation for testing, and breakfast and lunch on both days. Attendance for the full duration of both days is required to complete the program.
Personnel in cities and municipalities will receive training and education on vector abatement for mosquitoes, trap use, ticks, surveillance, fleas and bugs, virus testing, control tactics, and mosquito control. This 5-hour program will support recertification needs, and will be held at the Victoria County 4-H Activity Center in Victoria, Texas.
