DESCRIPTION:AMCA Young Professionals Committee Seeking New Members\nThe American Mosquito Control Association Young Professionals Committee is seeking new committee members for a one-year term beginning in August. The YPs Committee is a valuable opportunity for students and early-career mosquito and vector professionals to network within AMCA\, build professional skills\, and serve the association. \nAMCA Young Professionals membership is open to students and new mosquito and vector professionals with fewer than five years in AMCA and fewer than eight years in a mosquito or vector-related field\, including government\, industry\, academia\, and related sectors. YPs membership is free\, and there are no geographic restrictions. \n  \nWhat do the YP Committee Members Do? \n\nHelp plan and run all YPs’ activities at the AMCA Annual Meeting\nLead year-round initiatives like webinars\, newsletters\, social media\, and more\nBuild connections with fellow professionals in the field\n\n  \nApplications are due July 31 by 11:59 p.m. ET.  APPLY HERE \nQuestions may be directed to YPs Advisors Andrew Rivera at arivera@clarke.com or Casey Crockett at ab73@cdc.gov.
