SUMMARY:67th Annual Conference Louisiana Mosquito Control Association
DESCRIPTION:You are cordially invited to participate in this meeting\, which is one of the premier meetings of its type in the region. We anticipate upwards of 150 or more registered attendees at this meeting. Our meeting attendees include operational administrators and their staffs\, educators\, students\, state employees\, industry representatives\, and many others. This meeting is the best way to interact with all key members of the Louisiana mosquito control community. We hope that you will be able to join us. \nThe Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has funded the Gulf South V.E.C.T.O.R. Collaborative to increase training opportunities for professionals and students to better prevent and respond to vector-borne diseases. Funding is provided by grant 1NU50CK000638-01-00. Travel assistance awards will be available for students and professionals to attend training events and relevant meetings. Awards will be prioritized by region and need.
